Experienced Service Advisor

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document machine issues

• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance

• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred (Auto/Marine/Powersports)

• Knowledge of off-road machine service and repair procedures

• Experience in service writing, including accurately documenting machine issues and recommended repairs

• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using computer systems for service writing and estimating

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
