Service Technician

Technician Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Repair ATVs, RZR Side by Sides, Dirt & Street Bikes

• Help maintain a fleet of 50+ rental machines

• Diagnose machines based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer

• Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate

• Test drive machines after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist

• Describe the machine’s condition to the customer and answer any follow-up questions

• File appropriate documentation on each repair

• Follow all safety and operational protocol

• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Formal education or certification in vehicle repair

• At least two years of experience in vehicle repair. Off-road machine experience is a plus

• A great attitude

• Dependable and trustworthy

• Ability to bend, reach, squat, grasp with hands, stand for long periods of time, and lift 50 lbs

• Flexible work availability
